Submission of an order does not constitute final acceptance. ECO Trans reserves the right to verify order details, request additional information, modify quotations, or reject orders under exceptional circumstances. An order is officially accepted only after ECO Trans confirmation and fulfillment of payment requirements.

Customers are solely responsible for:

• ·Payment of duties and taxes.
• ·Product certifications required by local authorities.

All content on the ECO Trans website — including logos, product images, graphics, documents, product descriptions, technical materials, and website design — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written authorization from ECO Trans.

ECO Trans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from website use, product use, delivery delays, business interruption, loss of profits, data loss, or third-party actions. ECO Trans's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order.

ECO Trans shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from natural disasters, government actions, war, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, public health emergencies, or supply chain disruptions.
