Payment Policy

At ECO Trans (operated by NARO GENERAL TRADING L.L.C), we are committed to providing a transparent, secure, and professional payment process for customers, distributors, contractors, and partners. All payments are processed according to the terms outlined in the Proforma Invoice issued for each order.

Before payment is requested, ECO Trans will provide a Proforma Invoice containing:

• ·FOB pricing
• ·Shipping charges (if applicable)
• ·Customs and logistics costs (if applicable)
• ·Total payable amount
• ·Payment instructions

1. 1Payment verification is completed.
2. 2Order is approved for production or shipment preparation.
3. 3Quality inspection is performed.
4. 4Export documentation is prepared.
5. 5Shipment booking is arranged.
6. 6Customer receives shipment updates.

Unless otherwise stated, all quotations and invoices are issued in United States Dollar (USD). Alternative currencies may be offered in selected markets upon approval. Exchange rate fluctuations after invoice issuance do not affect confirmed invoices unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers should only transfer funds to official company bank accounts provided by NARO GENERAL TRADING L.L.C. ECO Trans will never request payment through unofficial channels or unauthorized third parties. Always verify banking details with your assigned sales representative before making payment.

Orders will remain pending until full payment confirmation is received. ECO Trans reserves the right to delay order processing, suspend shipment preparation, or cancel unpaid orders if payment requirements are not fulfilled within the specified timeframe.
